PBR Bucking Bull Takes on INDYCAR Race Car Thursday at IMS

PBR (Professional Bull Riders) and INDYCAR are joining forces for an unforgettable event on Thursday, February 13, at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The countdown to May has begun as PBR’s elite Unleash The Beast, featuring the top 40 bull riders in the world, prepares to hit the dirt on Friday, February 14, and Saturday, February 15, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

The collaboration between PBR and INDYCAR will occur at 2 p.m. ET Thursday in the Pagoda Plaza at IMS, where bullpower will face off against horsepower. One of PBR’s top animal athletes, Smokestack—named the 2022 PRCA Bull of the Year—will be weighed alongside an NTT INDYCAR SERIES race car, showcasing the power, precision, and adrenaline that define both sports. The weigh-in will also feature riders from each team and Ed Carpenter, owner-driver of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, an avid PBR fan.

After the weigh-in, PBR athletes can tour the iconic oval and kiss the bricks.
